•Keynotes conferences and conducts trainings for local and national conferences for all types of nonprofit agencies, and volunteer and support centers throughout the country
•Conducts specialized trainings for people with disabilities regarding self-advocacy and volunteer leadership
•Faculty member. UCLA, teaching Financial Policy and Board Organizational Development, California State University, Long Beach and other colleges and universities both on site and via the internet.
• Is the U.S. Representative for Nevsky Angel in St. Petersburg, Russia, providing on-site organizational development and fundraising consultation to hundreds of newly formed non-government social service groups throughout Russia.
•Developed one of the country’s first accredited MBA degrees in Nonprofit Management for the University of Judiasm and was the lead instructor for five years. Continues to teach a variety of courses in philanthropy and agency management for Cornell University, the University of Judaism, California State University, Long Beach and other colleges and universities throughout the country
